Bluegrass act Doyle Lawson & Quicksilver will perform Friday, Aug. 9, at The Praise Center auditorium (TPC), 3920 Farm Drive, Windsor Township. The band has recorded 40 albums and has earned Grammy, Dove, ICM, IBMA and SPBGMA nominations. The band is the reigning Inspirational Country Music Association Vocal Group of the Year and Lawson was recently inducted into the International Bluegrass Music Hall of Fame.
Doyle Lawson & Quicksilver is touring to support its latest album “Roads Well Traveled,” released in March. Tickets for the concert cost $35, which includes dinner. The meal starts at 6:30 p.m. and the music starts around 8 p.m. For details and tickets, call 717-292-3154.
